At any game store now You can buy the new 3DS game cartridges with a single game on them and in some rear cases with 2 games, but we are not going to talk about them - what we are interest in are 3DS multi-game cartridges that store game backups also known as 3DS roms on a cheap microSD card and let you play multiple free 3DS game roms - freeware 3DS games that anyone can download from the internet from one cartridge without the need to swap game cards every time you want to change the game. Remember that Homebrew 3DS roms are legal free games and apps that are distributed on-line by programmers that made them with public domain licenses, but there are many dodgy websites, blog's and forums with commercial 3DS roms that are backup copies of Nintendo games you would otherwise find in stores and they are in most cases illegal. So You can have a 3DS backup cartridge and choose to use it only for the legal Homebrew roms - or you can use it to preview Nintendo 3DS roms for games that you are going to buy, buy want to make sure that it is the game that you will like.
